News/directives/etc. are popping up left and right and we’re always caught in the middle When we feel we’ve released the fear there comes another wave to knock us back down. As the saying goes “this too shall pass” Take the news in small doses and turn it all off this weekend. We need to recharge our frequency up again collectively. Sometimes we feel helpless and we feel that we need to do more but just the fact that you raise your vibrational frequency in your thoughts and in your heart that is enough in this time that’s all we can do As the energy in the world fluctuates, only as a collective we can maintain it high, remember our thoughts are magnetic and our emotions keep everything in motion. So let’s just keep it positive with love and gratitude.
